The bands will play alongside the likes of the Cosmic Psychos, Renee Geyer, Joe Camilleri’s Jazzhead Showcase, Tiddas, the Backsliders, Red Rivers and the Rocktones and Bill Putt. Also performing will be Marcia Howard, formerly of Warrnambool, and Rose Bygrave, two thirds of the original line-up of Goanna. Festival director Hugo Armstrong said he had received quite a few applications from bands in the south-west area wanting to play at the festival. Featuring 45 artists, the festival will take place over a three-day period beginning tomorrow night at 7.30pm and finishing at 5.30pm Sunday. Between them, the bands will give 100 performances on seven stages during the three days.
