Country music star Garth Brooks met two fans with Warrnambool connections just before his recent concert at the National Tennis Centre. Presenter of 3WAY-FM's award winning "Cosmic cowboys", Michael Schack and Dave Dawson, a former Warrnamboolian, met the incredibly popular music star before his final concert. Dawson (on the right) is presenter of 3RRR's country music show "High in the saddle" and still has a farming property at Warrnambool. The two chatted with Brooks during a pre show "Meet and greet" session. Brooks asked Mr. Schack where they were from and wanted to know all about 3WAY-FM. "He seems a really nice person and said he liked to meet people before the concert to help him relax" Mr. Schack said.
