Veteran country act the Dead Livers will be joined by Warrnambool Associated Music Industry Hall of Fame's Peter Bird at the Caledonian Inn (The Stump) in Port Fairy tomorrow night. Bird will jump on bass and fellow Warrnambool musician Michael Schack will switch to guitar to cover for regular guitarist Don Farrell, who's busy gigging with Monique Brumby. Farrell is expected to rejoin the band for Saturday night's Stump gig and Sunday afternoon at the Cally in Warrnambool.
