Pull out the straw hat and slap those thighs at the free country music concert in Warrnambool this weekend. Radio announcers from 3WAY-FM's contemporary country music program "Cosmic Cowboys" will be performing, as well as local and Melbourne country acts. The highlight of the day promises to be a performance by radio announcers Michael Schack, Duncan McKenzie, Rohan Keert, and Stuart Prince who will be joined on stage by Robert Moore and Don Swanson. Six hours of music will be played from artists including the Emu Creek Band, No Excuses, Warren Durdin and Rain, and the T-Bones. Bluegrass fans will enjoy a performance by Keith Prest and Steve Gilchrist. Support for the concert has come from the Warrnambool Performing Arts Centre.The concert will be held at the Civic Green on Saturday afternoon from 12 noon.
